Are the pictures of product the same as the product received?
All Fulcrum product pictures accurately represent specific part numbers show on product pages rather than general or representative pictures.
How can I help reduce my freight costs?
By using Fulcrum Parts low cost freight carrier for out bound shipping and core return shipping. We ship and charge freight at our low-cost rates. For truck delivered freight, make sure your shipping address has a way to quickly remove heavy loads.
Why is residential truck freight for heavy items more expensive?
Freight companies will often charge a higher freight rate for truck shipments to a residential area especially if you do not have a way to unload a heavy shipment. This is because freight companies often need to use smaller specialized trucks with liftgates to make these types of deliveries.

Why did I not receive full core deposit credit when I returned my core?
Fulcrum Parts, in most cases, will credit the full deposit for a returned core for a remanufactured product. However, Fulcrum Parts expects to receive a core that is complete as supplied, of the same specification as supplied and is capable of being remanufactured. Please see specific core credit criteria for each product.
Why was there a delay in issuing core credit for a returned core?
Fulcrum Parts will credit cores returned to your payment method as soon as possible. However, some products may require more time, up to 45 days.
What is a core policy?
When you purchase a remanufactured exchange product you will be charged a core deposit. The cost savings from reman exchange depends on receiving a core as an exchange. This deposit will be refunded when the core is returned to Fulcrum Parts. However, for each exchange product type such as engine, transmissions or steer axles, there may be reasons why a full refund may not be given as the price for a remanufactured product is determined by assuming the exchange product is capable of being remanufactured. Please see core policies for each remanufactured product type as they are different. If is necessary to reduce core credit, Fulcrum will endeavor to keep reductions in core credit to a minimum.
Where do I find core policies for a reman exchange product?
You can find core polices for each remanufactured product policy, when you go to a specific product page. You will see core policy as one of the tabs under the picture of that product. The core policy tab will detail the core return policy for that product type.
